These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of services and products on the website wordpicture.se. “We/us” refers to the company Wordpicture AB. “You/your” refers to you as the customer. If anything is unclear, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Products and services sold by Wordpicture AB are divided into different categories:

Services

Services in photography, graphic design, communication, and media.

Webshop

Made to Order: Some products are made when you order. Fine art prints, fabric prints and certain jewelry, for example.

Original artworks and crafts: These items are finished and ready for sale immediately.

Second-Hand items: These items are ready for sale immediately.

No Waste Store: Here you’ll find things we have created that have small imperfections or test prints we may not be 100% satisfied with.

We reserve the right to errors in printing on this website and to the sale of out-of-stock products. We cannot guarantee that the images accurately represent the products, as there may be slight color differences depending on your screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always try our best to display the products as accurately as possible.

Ordering

Services

Ordering Services in Photography, Graphic Design, Communication, and Media. You send an email with your request to inga@wordpicture.se. All pages with information about these services are in Swedish. You can send your email to us in Swedish, German, or English. 

Webshop

All texts in the webshop are in English. To make an order, select the product you want, choose any variants, and then click the button to add the product to your shopping cart. After entering your details, choosing a payment method, and confirming your order, you will receive an order confirmation to your email address. The confirmation will contain all the information about the products, price, billing, and shipping address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at inga@wordpicture.se.

Prices

All prices listed on the website wordpicture.se are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. Prices shown in other currencies are according to the current exchange rate and will be paid according to the exchange rate at the time of transfer. We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, typographical errors in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to Sweden and Germany. Shipping and delivery policies depend on which product or service you purchase from us. If there are delays in delivery (without us notifying you about longer delivery times), please contact us at the email address inga@wordpicture.se.

Services in Photography, Graphic Design, Communication, and Media: We will agree on the terms of the contract when you order the service.

Made to Order: Products you order have a total manufacturing and delivery time of approximately three weeks within Sweden and four weeks within Germany. If you need faster delivery, please contact us at inga@wordpicture.se.

Original artworks and crafts, Second-Hand items and items in No Waste Store: Products in these categories have a delivery time of three weeks within Sweden and four weeks within Germany, if it says nothing else in the product description.

We ship almost everything with DHL and the green shipping option, which promotes the development of sustainable shipping methods. The shipping cost within Sweden is 65 SEK and free shipping on orders over 1200 SEK. Shipping to Germany is 165 SEK and free shipping on orders over 1500 SEK, depending on the current exchange rate.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act for Distance Sales, you have the following right of withdrawal:

Services in Photography, Graphic Design, Communication, and Media: The right of withdrawal is regulated in a separate agreement depending on the scope of the assignment.

Made to Order: You have no right of withdrawal under consumer protection law for these items, as they are made to order.

Original Artworks and Crafts, Second-Hand Items, and Waste Store Items: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day after receiving an item you have ordered. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal:

You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. The notification should be sent to inga@wordpicture.se. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return concerns. You should return the products immediately and no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal notification. You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return. The products should therefore be returned well-packaged and in their original packaging. For refunds, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the product if it is used or damaged.

Complaints and Claims

We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If the product is damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we will take responsibility in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws to fix the issue at no cost to you. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. Complaints should be sent immediately after discovering the defect.

How to make a complaint:

Any defects or issues should be reported to inga@wordpicture.se, where you should include your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue. If we cannot fix the issue or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We will cover return shipping for approved complaints. We reserve the right to reject a claim if it turns out the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. In case of complaints, we follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden), see arn.se.

Limitation of Liability

We do not take responsibility for indirect damages caused by the product. We are not responsible for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances could include labor conflicts, fires, war, government decisions, reduced or missed delivery from a supplier. Additionally, we are not responsible for changes in products or product characteristics made by the respective supplier or other factors outside our control.

By making a purchase from Wordpicture, you accept our data protection policy and the handling of your personal data. We value your privacy and do not collect more data than necessary to process your order. We never sell or share your data with third parties without legal basis. Wordpicture AB is responsible for the processing of personal data you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us to manage your order and in cases where you have requested newsletters or promotional offers, in order to tailor marketing to your individual needs. Below is a summary of how we store and process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal data is any information that can directly or indirectly be attributed to an individual.

What data do we store?

To manage your order and respond to inquiries related to your order (customer service), we store your first name, last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history. Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process it, such as to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with legal obligations, such as accounting laws.

In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to fulfill the contract with you.
Marketing, campaigns, and similar communications occur with your consent.

What data is shared and for what purpose?

Payment Providers: When making a purchase, we share information with our payment provider. This includes first name, last name, address, email address, and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your personal identification number is also shared with the payment provider. This data is stored to complete the purchase and to protect both parties from fraud. The payment providers we use are: Credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and PayPal.

Shipping Companies: To deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we need to share specific information with the shipping company. This includes first name, last name, and address information for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared for notifications. The shipping companies we work with are Postnord and DHL.

Newsletter: If you have subscribed to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This is done to keep you informed with updates and offers for marketing purposes. However, we are currently not sending out any newsletters.

Right to Access

You have the right to request information about all personal data we hold about you. This will be provided in an electronic, readable format.

Right to Rectification

You have the right to request us to update incorrect information or complete any information that is lacking.

Right to be Forgotten

You can ask for your personal data to be deleted at any time. There are few exceptions to the right to erasure, such as if it needs to be kept to fulfill a legal obligation (e.g., accounting laws).

Wordpicture AB is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data in the online store and within the company, ensuring that the regulations are followed.

How we protect your personal data

We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process, and communicate sensitive information, such as personal data and passwords, securely. We use the WooCommerce platform.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The updated terms are considered accepted upon placing an order or visiting the website.

Disputes and Applicable Law

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably between the company’s customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at arn.se. For residents of EU countries other than Sweden, complaints can be filed online via the EU Commission’s dispute resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

In case of any dispute, we will follow decisions from ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body. Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
